
This trek encircles the famous Annapurna massif passing through sub-tropical plains in the Himalayan foothills, Trans Himalayan Manang and then entering Mustang Valley crossing the highest elevation Thorang-La pass (5416m). It combines spectacular mountain scenery with an experience of different Nepalese culture with varied topography. Descending to the west, we enter the barren Tibetan like valley of the Kali Gandaki which is the world’s deepest gorge. An entry permit for the Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP) is needed for the trek.

Rats at Manang for Acclimatization
Day 10:
Trek to Yak Kharka (4018m)

Trek to Muktinath (3800m)

Trek to Marpha (2670m)

Drive/fly back Pokhara to Kathmandu.

Fly home.
