Nepal Annapurna Base Camp Trek

Our Annapurna base camp trekking trip includes tour of Kathmandu and Pokhara city (The most 2 famous tourist hub in Nepal). A half a day tour of Kathmandu city will include complete sightseeing of Kathmandu Valley which includes Kathmandu Durbar Square (Known as Hanuman dhoka Durbar square or Basantapur durbar) including Kastamandap ( building made by one tree), Living goddess- Kumari House, Many temples including Shiva Parvati, Taleju Bhawani, Kaal Bhairav etc. We further visit to Swoyambhunath Stupa,. All these Monuments of Kathmandu city is listed in UNESCO world Heritage sites.

FEWA LAKE & POKHARA:
Pokhara, the second largest city after Kathmandu is gateway for Annapurna and Mustang trekkers which is one of best city in Nepal due to Beautiful Lake- Fewa & Awesome Annapurnas and fishtail mountain ranges. Sightseeing of Devi’s fall, hiking to world peace Stupa, caves, white water Georges are some of tourist’s attractions in Pokhara city. Sunrise views from Sarankot hill offer breath taking panoramic views of Annapurna ranges, Daulagiri, Fishtail, Dhampus peak and Many More. Annapurna Sanctuary/Base Camp trek is famous for trekkers. The principal peaks of the western portion of the great Annapurna Himal, including Hiunchuli, Annapurna South, Fang, Annapurna, Ganagapurna, Annapurna 3 and Machhapuchhare, are arranged almost precisely in a circle about 10 miles in diameter with a deep glacier-covered amphitheatre at the centre. From this glacier basin, known as the Annapurna Sanctuary, the Modi Khola knifes its way south in a narrow gorge fully 3660m deep. Further south, the gorge opens up into a wide and fertile valley, the domain of the Gurungs. The middle and upper portions of Modi Khola offer some of the best short trekking routes in Nepal, and the valley is located so that these treks can be easily combined with treks into the Kali Gandaki region to the west. A moderate trek, that starts at Nayapul a short drive of about 1.30 minutes from Pokhara, takes you to the foot [Base Camp, 4130m] of the Mt. Annapurna, one of the most magnificent peaks in the world. Passing through fascinating traditional villages of Gurung, Magar, Thakali and rhododendron forest with the towering snowy peaks in the background. Ghorepani, where you will be greeted with superb views of sun rising over Annapurna & Dhaulagiri peaks.The trek will be even more interesting in Spring as the whole forest along the trail turns red, pink and white with rhododendron flowers. This trip can be done anytime of the year except monsoon [july & august].

Day 1. Arrival in Kathmandu    (Dinner)
Upon arrival, you will be met our staff and you will be transferred to Hotel. After short rest, we will visit the Swayambhunath Temple, said to be 2500 years Stupa on a hillock, which offers a breath-taking view of Kathmandu City and the Sunset view. This Stupa is the oldest of its kind in Nepal, listed in the UNESCO World Heritage Monument Listed in 1979.Next; we will visit historic Kathmandu Durbar Square (Hanuman Dhoka) if you are lucky, you will be able to have a glance of the famous living Goddess of Nepal name Kumari Dinner will be served near hotel restaurant. After dinner you will be able to stroll along the busy street of Kathmandu city center. Overnight Kathmandu.

After breakfast in hotel, depart from Kathmandu to Pokhara by coach (5-6hour) Passing through beautiful landscape, paddy farm, river, tiny villages etc. Pokhara is located 200 kilometer west of Kathmandu city. This is second largest city of Nepal. It is a most beautiful city with lakes and panoramic view of Annapurna Himalayan ranges. The Annapurnas and the famous “Fishtail” mountain peak of Machapuchare over the tropical setting of Pokhara valley. Overnight stay in Pokhara. 

DAY 3: POKHARA – SHARANKOT 1500m – POKHARA  - (BLD)
Wake up early in the morning and short drive to Sarangkot to see sunrise, which is one of the most popular tourist spot of Nepal. Sharankot Hill top is situated at elevation of 1500 meter from sea level. It will offer magnificent view of snow-capped mountain in the north & city view of Pokhara with beautiful lake.  Later we will back to hotel for breakfast. After breakfast, we will set off for city tour, also called “Magic land or Dreamland” of Nepal. Devi’s fall, Mahadev gupteswor Cave And Tibetan refugee camp, you can see at Tibetan refugee camp Their way of life specially the women knitting hand make carpet factory, which is best quality made from mountain goat’s special wool. Later we will have lunch near Lakeside. After lunch, we will go for mini trek up to the newly built World Peace Stupa. Up above at 1050m high, you will be able to see the beautiful heart shape Fewa Lake and the entire city view of Pokhara. Tonight you get to enjoy the beautiful Cultural Folk Dance while having a sumptuous dinner. Overnight stay in Pokhara.

DAY 4:POKHARA – KATHMANDU-NAGARKOT- (B/L/D)
Depart Pokhara to Kathmandu 200 KL by coach or domestic flight (USD 79 optional) Upon arrival in kathmandu, Upon arrival in Kathmandu, we would continue our journey to Nagarkot, 2300m above seal-level, this scenic spot, with a spectacular view of the sunset and Mount Everest can be seen on a clear day. In the evening, watch the sunset of the Himalayan at Nagarkot, Country Villa Hotel or similar.

DAY 5NAGARKOT – KATHMANDU- (B/L/D)
We will awake to the beginning of a cold but stunningly spectacular dawn: the first rays of the sun firing the peaks a hellish red slowly lighting the Himalayas from Kachenjunga and Everest in the far East to the Annapurnas and Dwawlagiri in the West. After breakfast, Drive to Kathmandu .P.M Free and easy for final shopping. Stay overnight in Hotel.

DAY 6: KATHMANDU- DEPARTURE  (B)
After breakfast, Drive to airport for your flight back to Singapore.
